About the role
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will collaborate with key players in our organization to help define and create collateral, drive social media, email marketing campaigns, and support a range of marketing activities. We are looking for a positive team member that can help us build brand awareness through all of our marketing avenues. If you want the same day, every day, this job is not for you.
The ideal candidate for this role must exemplify great flexibility when it comes to jumping in and helping the company make things happen. You will need to be very well organized, a self-starter, and showcase your creative marketing copy writing skills.

Position Description (Essential Duties & Responsibilities):
- Coordinate internal email campaigns to communicate company activity across all IEL locations
- Social Media posting (facebook, twitter, linkedin)
- Work with external vendors to plan company outings and events.
- Assist with monthly sales and customer presentations
- Manage quarterly IEL swag launch and ship apparel orders to employees at all IEL locations
- Manage the distribution of promotional marketing materials for customer visits, career fairs and corporate events.
- Company Awards submission
- Manage the inventory and ordering of promotional material
- Coordinate the end of the year customer gifts and employee recognition awards
- Gather data for sales competitions throughout the year
Requirements:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in Canva for creating marketing flyers and social media posts
- Strong attention to detail when completing tasks
- Social Media experience is a plus
- Works well in a fast-paced team setting
- Ability to work on multiple tasks in a time sensitive environment
- Must be motivated, results oriented and able to work with minimal supervision
- Microsoft Office knowledge is a must
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Advertising
- 3+ years’ marketing communications, branding, advertising, or similar experience
