CACI is seeking a Project/Task Manager (Mid) to join our team to support our intelligence customer in Springfield, VA/St. Louis, MO. As a team, we will be responsible for developing and maintaining agency wide Platform as a Service (PaaS) capabilities deployed across multiple security domains utilizing Agile scrum methodologies. Tailoring cutting-edge solutions to unique requirements of our clients, we will support multiple tenants deploy a myriad of application stacks and data services. Responsibilities:

  • Provides technical, administrative, and operational leadership to assigned project or task(s). 
  • Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules, and prepares status reports.
  • Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
  •  Responsible for scope, cost, schedule, and performance of assigned project or task(s). 
  • Manages or directs resources required to perform assigned project or task(s). 

Requirements:

  • Provides technical, administrative, and operational management of assigned projects, including contract and subcontractor management.
  • Typically supervises assigned staff, may include subordinate supervisors and managers.
  • Develops technical project plans, proposals, reports, and task order and administrative reporting.
  • May also perform high level technical services on assigned tasks.
  • Conducts planning and provides recommendations to client on task workload.
  • Manages risk tracking process and attend customer meetings and serves as primary client liaison.
  • Interacts with vendors, other agencies, and other client staff on behalf of the client.
  • Coordinates development of deliverables and products and ensures quality assurance of project deliverables.
  • Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned and participates in special projects as required.
  • Reviews future project requirements and develops strategies for future work.
  • Must have a valid US passport  and Active TS/SCI w/ CI Poly

 Desired Skills:

  • BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of related work experience
  • Must have active DoD security clearance; TS/SCI desired
  • Must have the ability to manage a medium to large team or department focused on multiple areas w/ medium to high complexity.
