Job Overview:
LPL Financial is seeking a Senior Vice President, Frontline Transformation, to champion and drive change across the our Operations, Service Contact Center, Supervision, and Risk & Compliance functions (i.e. the “frontline functions”). This leader will be responsible for partnering with our Frontline Business Leaders to set transformation strategy and outcomes, develop the strategic roadmap and drive alignment, execution and outcomes to deliver on a multi-year transformation strategy and roadmap.
Responsibilities:
- Transformation Vision and Strategy - partner with Frontline Business Leaders across Operations, Service, Supervision and Risk and Compliance to set the vision for Frontline Transformation and define transformation strategy to drive measurable and step-wise change in efficiency, client experience, and our employee satisfaction
- Roadmap development, planning and outcome definition and measurement – serve as trusted thought leader to develop strategies and roadmaps to achieve transformation outcomes, building consensus and alignment across business and technology partners
- Lead execution strategy team – lead a team of high performers to provide strategy and execution support across a portfolio of transformation initiatives, including continuous improvement, call abatement, and digital efforts
- Define executive governance and reporting routines at all levels, up to and including CEO/CFO-level and Board of Directors reporting related to the Frontline Transformation to drive forward progress and ensure accountability and visibility for transformation outcomes
- Drive key programs and initiatives related to the transformation by personally owning initiatives, providing program management support on others, and anticipating and meeting the emergent needs of the department to achieve transformation
- Build relationships with senior frontline leaders to help ensure the Frontline Transformation serves and enables those leaders to meet their business objectives
- Identify opportunity and adapt to the evolving needs of the organization to assist in evolving Frontline Transformation strategy and tactics over time
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in transformation-related roles within financial services, preferably wealth management. Extensive experience in operations/service, product management, strategy, transformation, data analytics, and operations-related roles is preferred.
- A motivated self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit who can work both autonomously and collaboratively
- Strong strategic agility and operational excellence with a demonstrated pattern of delivery and execution
- Direct experience in transformation or change management roles, and close collaboration with product management and/or technology teams is preferred
- Extremely detail-oriented with a high level of commitment and follow-through; ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently with minimal supervision
- Exceptional executive story telling ability, strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
