Proposal Past Performance and Corporate Experience Developer, Senior

Key Role:

Lead content development for corporate experience and past performance volumes for large, complex, high-priority proposals. Conduct search and data collection from the portfolio of contracts in execution to select the contracts to be referenced for past performance and present findings and recommendations to proposal team leadership and executives. Analyze requests for proposals (RFPs) to develop and configure framework and templates for the past performance volume. Review existing artifacts containing information on reference contracts to develop draft past performance citations and collaborate with delivery staff from reference contracts to extract the most recent and relevant information. Supervise other past performance content developers when they are assigned. Present drafts of past performance volume for color team review and address comments and recommendations. Conduct periodic collaboration with capture team staff to provide past performance analysis in support of bid decisions, requests for information (RFI) responses, capabilities presentations, white paper development, and other pre-RFP activities. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience with collaterally assigned proposals

  • 2+ years of experience with dedicated proposals

  • Experience with proposal content development or writing

  • Experience with analyzing and applying RFP requirements into proposal content

  • Ability to collaborate with client facing teams and technical experts to extract the most relevant source material for content

  • Ability to work independently or in collaboration with proposal team and balance tasking from multiple concurrent proposal assignments

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Experience working proposals with values of $200M and higher

  • Experience with client delivery on government contracts

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Program Management or Proposal Management Certification
