More about Your team

Core Product Unit consists of 4 teams - you will be part of one of them. Every team consists of backend and frontend engineers, QA, product manager, designer and engineering manager. The teams are collaborating on the daily basis and are working towards achieving company goals together. Core Product Unit is responsible for the primary product features, which means dealing with high load, requirements for reliable solutions, focus on quality, and exceptional user experience. Currently, the unit leads the ambitious project, within which we are revisiting the foundational concepts of the product and providing users with new tools to maintain their workspaces in an organized manner.  

How You’ll make an impact

• Solve complex customer problems - from concept and design to implementation and release
• Build the right thing in the right way - maintain excellent technical quality of the solutions we build

You will achieve your best if you have

• Strong Java, REST, SQL, unit/integration testing frameworks knowledge and experience
• Minimum 7 years of prior relevant SW development experience; or a Master’s degree with 5 years experience (to be replaced for EMEA - Hands on experience)
• Good expertise in relational and non-relational storages (PostgreSQL, Redis)
• Experience of working in a product team
• Fluent English
• Clear communication skills - ability to articulate ideas on the team meetings, presenting on sprint reviews
• Self-organized and a team player, proactiveness in improving tech foundation and delivery processes, understanding of customers problems we are solving (not just putting code to production)
