Program Details 

  • Start Date: September 2025 

  • Duration: 2 years 

  • Structure: Three individual eight-month placements 

  • Focus Areas: Organic synthetic chemistry, formulation, analytical chemistry, and computational modeling.

Salary Information 

We offer a competitive base salary of $82,500 per annum, plus a performance-based annual bonus. Enjoy a generous paid time off program and a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, and 401K). The program can offer relocation support if qualified. 

Minimum Requirements 

  • Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemistry, awarded in 2024 or before September 2025, with a focus on organic synthetic chemistry, formulation, analytical chemistry, and computational modeling. 

  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of organic synthesis. 

  • Attributes: Passionate about drug discovery, team-focused, and driven to make a difference. 

What Happens After the 2-Year Program? 

After completing the two-year program, approximately 50% of our graduates return to academia to pursue a PhD, while others secure roles either at AstraZeneca or elsewhere. Where will your journey take you?
