Job Description

Role :

Product Manager oversees a pool of Product Owner whose main responsibility is the lifecycle management of our talent management digitalization platform INES, for both technical and functional aspects. The plateform is distributed and sold to hoteliers through the hubs.

The Product Manager ensures the products meet business expectations while managing the infrastructure, providers, integrations, UI/UX and maintaining security and support at the company standards. He/She works in very close collaboration with the process owners in the business.

Main responsibilities :

•Managing the technical and functional team responsible for the full Lifecyle of INES (build and run for functional and technical)

•Designing the product, including technical framework and solution consistency, as well as UI/IX. The team of the PO (BA) drafts specifications based on business requirements

•Making sure the product developed fits the business requirements and strategy

•Ownership of PaaS and infrastructure, which involves choosing, testing, and ensuring compliance and security

•Monitoring and reporting on team progress, including providing regular updates on the status of development, issues encountered, and any risks or obstacles

•Monitoring the budget and ensuring that the team is operating within budget and that any changes in scope or requirements are approved

•Maintaining the product and infrastructure architecture to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance

•Managing integrations with third-party tools and services to ensure seamless functionality and interoperability

•Managing all third-party tech providers such consultants or IaaS, PaaS, SaaS

•Ensuring security and compliance

•Providing maintenance and end-user support and managing third-party providers for L1, L2, and L3 levels of support, both functional and technical

Qualifications

Educational background:

•Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or in HR

Competencies:

•+10Y in management (strong or dottel line)

•H&R and IT background

•Strong knowledge : Oracle / Smart Recruiters / Digital Recruiters

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

•Delivery-focused person

•Fluent in english
