We are looking for an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead to work at our Chula Vista, CA facility and work onsite where you will manage the new product introduction of nacelle components - G400 Program. The mission of the IPT is to champion planning, coordination, and communication responsible for overall cost, schedule, and quality as directed by the Program Manager.
What You Will Do
Support the successful development and delivery of a major component(s)
Manage program phases from inception through completion
Drive performance of the integrated product team to a plan
Customer interface
Coordinate Status / Progress / Action Items
Oversee schedule, deliverables, risk/opportunity, cost, and change management
Executes cost focused performance targets and direct work to achieve these targets.
Supervise the appropriate use of all resources allocated to the program to ensure efficient use of resources
Define and monitor key performance metrics
Communicate and make presentations to internal & external leadership
Travel up to 25% as needed
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position
Experience in Program Management.
Experience developing program plans, schedules, and budgets.
Experience with strategic planning, creating solutions for program problems, contract negotiations, and manages important vendors.
Qualifications We Prefer:
SAP experience
Aerospace Industry experience
Experience with Continuous Improvement
PMI certification
Experience creating MS PowerPoint presentations
