What You’ll Own

As General Manager, you are responsible for:

• To build, protect, and elevate the culture of JDV Pizza and Marco’s Pizza by modeling our standards daily and developing leaders who execute with consistency, accountability, and pride.
• Champion a 5-Star Guest Experience on every shift
• Lead from the front through visible, hands-on leadership
• Recruit, hire, and develop high-character team members
• Coach Assistant Managers and Shift Leaders into confident decision-makers
• Create an environment of accountability where expectations are clear and performance is measured
• Train daily — not occasionally — to ensure standards are lived, not just discussed
• Drive team engagement, morale, and retention through recognition and consistent feedback
• Execute Marco’s 10 Operating Systems with discipline and urgency
• Analyze P&L statements and take ownership of financial performance
• Manage food and labor costs through strong scheduling and operational control
• Protect company assets, cash, and team safety
• Build a team that takes pride in speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and hospitality

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year successful experience as a Restaurant General Manager

• Proven ability to lead teams and drive measurable results

• Strong understanding of cost controls and operational systems

• High school diploma or equivalent

• At least 21 years of age

• Valid driver’s license

• ServSafe Certification preferred
