Commercial Operations Associate

We are looking for a passionate and and detail-oriented Commercial Operations Associate to join our second-stage rocket ship! 🚀

You'll be part of our young, dynamic finance team of five at a rapidly growing company! You’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth internal operations, supporting our growth by managing client onboarding, maintaining accurate records, ensuring billing precision, and keeping our systems running seamlessly. Your work will directly support the Deal Desk Manager and CFO in keeping things on track as the company expands.

You’ll be based in Brussels and will report to the Deal Desk Manager and CFO.

Location: Brussels, on a hybrid basis.

What you will do:

Client onboarding and onboarding management:

• Guide New Clients: Ensure a smooth and professional onboarding experience for our top clients in the app and gaming industry.

• Account Setup: Manage and maintain client accounts in our internal database with accuracy and attention to detail.
  

Billing and revenue operations:

• Billing Accuracy: Track service hours and ensure correct and timely invoicing.

• Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve discrepancies, keeping processes reliable and efficient.
  

Data & Systems Management:

• Record Keeping: Maintain updated and accurate client usage and billing records.

• System Oversight: Regularly audit and update our internal tools and databases to ensure operational excellence.
  

Operational Support:

• Team Support: Assist the Deal Desk Manager with reporting, process improvements, and other operational tasks.

• Collaboration: Work closely with finance and other teams to ensure alignment and smooth cross-functional processes.

Requirements

Must-have

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• 2-3 years in sales operations, finance, or customer service in a SaaS company. Prior exposure to client support is a plus.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and adaptability; customer service mindset.
  

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).

• Familiarity with billing and subscription management software.

• Experience in database management and reporting tools (e.g., Excel).

• Understanding of financial reconciliation and MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) concepts.
