We re-invent flying and make individual air mobility as normal as driving a car – opening the sky for everyone.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>As a Senior Electromechanical Engineer, you will:</p><ul><li>Take ownership of the assembly, setup, and maintenance of avionics Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) test benches.</li><li>Perform precise assembly, integration, and ongoing maintenance of avionics systems for prototype platforms.</li><li>Develop, define, and assemble scale test benches for payload stabilization applications, including both electronic and mechanical assembly tasks.</li><li>Conduct or actively support the execution of key test campaigns, ensuring accurate data capture and thorough documentation of results.</li><li>Collaborate closely with project teams to refine test setups, implement modifications, and resolve practical troubleshooting challenges.</li><li>Participate in the hands-on fabrication of prototype harnesses and related subsystems.</li><li>Document assembly procedures, configuration details, and maintenance activities for internal use and ongoing knowledge management.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Minimum of 7 years’ experience, working as an electrical technician, preferably in a prototyping or R&amp;D environment.</li><li>Solid expertise in PCBA rework, including soldering, detailed inspection, and effective troubleshooting practices.</li><li>Demonstrated hands-on skill in prototype harness fabrication (aerospace, automotive, railway, or comparable sectors).</li><li>Comfortable and willing to manage straightforward mechanical assembly tasks as part of daily responsibilities.</li><li>Experience with 3D printing processes and printer maintenance is a plus.</li><li>Valid drone pilot license is considered as an asset.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><ul><li>Exciting and challenging development work on a revolutionary technology in a young dynamic team.</li><li>Short decision-making processes and varied tasks.</li><li>An international team, professional and friendly environment.</li><li>Flexible working hours.</li><li>Market oriented and experience based remuneration.</li></ul><p>If you are passionate about innovative aerospace solutions and enjoy working in a fast-paced prototyping environment, we’d love to hear from you.</p>
