This role is part of the Procurement Business Services organization and sits in the Corporate Services-Fleet, Travel & Meetings team. As a Senior Manager, you will lead the development and execution of Travel & Meetings category strategies across North America, ensuring alignment with global objectives and regional stakeholder needs. You will drive innovation, cost efficiency, and business value through strategic supplier partnerships and advanced procurement practices.
This role requires a high level of cross-functional leadership, influencing senior stakeholders, and managing a sophisticated spend portfolio of approximately $300 million. The role may include sub-category responsibilities, such as the Global Airline Program, overseeing strategy, sourcing, contracting, and supplier performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy and execution for NA Travel & Meetings categories to drive long-term business value.
- Serve as a business engagement leader, aligning procurement strategies with enterprise goals.
- Influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across business units and geographies.
- Drive supplier innovation and performance through robust relationship management and data-driven insights.
- Ensure compliance with the Global Travel, Meetings & Expense Policy and promote program efficiency.
- Provide strategic leadership for medium to high complexity subcategories, including technology and data platform integration.
- Champion the One Procurement initiative and mentor regional category teams.
