In the Talent Acquisition team we are on a journey to support SimCorp’s ambitious growth objectives as we look to transform towards a XaaS company. In Talent Acquisition we are consistently looking to improve the service we deliver to our internal clients, by innovating not just in how we deliver recruitment; but also how we proactively look to engage a diverse and talented candidate pool.
We are looking for a leader who can help drive our strategic talent acquisition agenda across global Advisory business unit landscape. In addition we are launching a Global Talent Acquisition Hub in SimCorp; which provides a scalable resource and deployment model across our Global TA landscape whilst anchoring our global process evolution and development. In this role you will be pivotal to the creation, implementation and success of the Hub.
Your Responsibilities
- As TA Manager you are responsible for guiding and supporting the Talent Acquisition Partners and you will be overall accountable for the recruitment services, processes and satisfaction within the Advisory team.
- You’ll be the point of entry for the Senior Management Teams on the strategic talent acquisition agenda and you will be leading the dialogue with the business on developing strategies for how to accommodate the growth ambitions per functional area
- You will be responsible for assigning recruiters to the different sub-level organizations also on a case-by-case basis as well as ensuring a sound balance of workload
- You will act as sparring partner for the recruiters in the team and manage capacity related bottle-necks
- You will work across the TA management team to realise value in the Hub; enabling other teams to succeed in strategic deployment of resources to enable SimCorp’s total hire picture.
- Working within the Hub you’ll establish ways of working and a strategic roadmap to develop processes and technology-enabled ways of working; prior to rolling these out globally. Within this you will own our strategic execution and ownership model for future projects within the Talent Acquisition team.
- You will take an active part in being point of entry to our employer branding team working together with the Communication & Marketing team and other stakeholders
- You care deeply about our candidates and you will play an active role in suggesting activities to ensure that the candidate experience always has high priority.
- Lastly, and importantly you will have the opportunity to apply your solid recruitment toolbox as the TA Manager to provide recruitment support herself/himself for roles on Executive and senior hiring irrespectively of which organization they belong to
- You will be reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition.
Your qualifications
- Solid of experience with recruitment and the FinTech industry with a solid background of recruiting with Financial Services within Finance, Risk, Audit and IT.
- As your team and the organization you support is based across the globe, it is a great advantage that you have been working in an international company in a global role
- You have a strong direct-recruitment toolbox with an ability to think outside of the box developing concepts and supporting change management activities.
- You are strong in managing many stakeholders and accommodating a broad variety of needs and a proven ability to create trust at all levels
- You consider yourself “a Master in search” and you bring vast experience into how to perform efficient search and deploy alternative ways of finding candidates in an increasing competitive market.
- Preferably you hold experience from leading people
- You know how to go from a good idea to model that idea into a concrete and scalable concept
