As Project Engineer, you are responsible for engineering projects from A to Z at our plant in Louvain-la-Neuve. The Project Engineer takes ownership in all projects and ensures that they are all orchestrated efficiently, safely, in due time and with all constraints and stakeholders accounted for.

Your key responsibilities:

• Responsible for projects from the conceptual, to basic and detailed design.
• Prepare the project’s investment file before project approval.
• Evaluate and select suppliers for all projects .
• Responsible for project status reports and delivery performance (on scope, on budget, in due time while ensuring safety).
• Responsible for the proper execution of the projects (construction management, coordination with stakeholders, commissioning, water batch testing and startup in close collaboration with Production, qualification of the equipment and handover to internal clients).
• In charge of legal compliance for all new projects.
• Provide ad hoc support for maintenance department
• Responsible for management of all technical documentation (plans, drawings, technical data sheets, user manuals…)

• 6 years of experience in a similar role and manufacturing environment
• A curious approach to problem-solving, fueling innovation by seeking new solutions and perspectives.

• A sense of ownership, delivering results that matter and contribute significantly to our success.
• Accountability to decision-making, ensuring alignment with our values and achieving positive outcomes.

• A professional proficiency in English.
• An intermediate proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
