About the role

Your main responsibilities:

  • Identifying and acquiring attractive locations for the installation and expansion of Parcel Locker Machines (APMs) and PUDO (Pick-Up and Drop-Off) points across the Silesian Voivodeship.
  • Preparing and negotiating commercial offers, as well as conducting profitability analyses.
  • Negotiating lease agreements with landowners, housing cooperatives, municipal road authorities, and other stakeholders.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
 

This is the right job for you if:

  • Proven experience in acquiring locations for parcel lockers, ATMs, vending machines, or similar infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, strong sales and negotiation skills, goal-oriented mindset, and a track record of successful sales achievements.
  • Solid knowledge of the commercial real estate market and excellent local market awareness.
  • Understanding of technical and electrical aspects, including utility connection requirements.
  • Availability and willingness to travel frequently for business purposes.
  • Good working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and CRM systems.
  • Valid Category B driving license.
