We are seeking a Senior Planner, Aftersales Performance to join our team at the Nissan North Americas Headquarters in Franklin, TN.


Job Summary:

The Aftersales Dealer Performance Sr. Planner is responsible for the communication, reporting, analytics, and Regional support of the Aftersales dealer dispersion management initiative with a goal to assist the Regions with improving priority dealers’ performance in key Aftersales KPIs. This position interacts with all Aftersales Departments and Field Regions in reporting and communicating these KPIs. Provides recommendations based on data to management and Regional personnel. Compiles reporting for the Aftersales Loyalty Rewards program and makes recommendations for program alterations.

Dispersion Management: Create, maintain, and collect data for performance tracking and activity associated with improving overall dealer network results based on a specific set of KPIs. Work with other groups to ensure consistency of targets, reporting, and communications. Report progress and results to leadership. Make recommendations for focus dealers and focus areas for improvement. Schedule regular reviews with the regional field teams. Prepare executive updates. Work with Business Intelligence team to develop reporting within Tableau.

Aftersales Incentives Programs: Assist with the development and implementation of dealer incentive programs that drive process improvements at the dealer level. Update monthly reports, manage vendor performance, accurately forecast expenditures, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Executive Support: Assist in preparing executive-level presentation materials for Aftersales senior leadership as needed for business meetings. Assist with collecting requested data points or information from other groups.

Customer Satisfaction: Assist in the coordination of field compensation plans and dealer incentive programs as they relate to Customer Satisfaction. Update monthly reporting. Make recommendations for annual focus areas.

Financial responsibility: Assist with determining annual budget needs, assist with annual and ad-hoc program budget approval process, assist with reconciling monthly variances, assist with determining needed monthly accruals, and track budgets to plan.

Department Performance: Complete all training requirements before deadlines, able to generate innovative and creative solutions and alternatives even under resource constraints, demonstrate perseverance in achieving objectives despite obstacles.



Minimum Requirements:

Job Knowledge and Skill:
Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communication skills, consensus achieving skills, comfort with leadership interactions, business financial acumen, analytical skills, and ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously. 


Experience:
5+ years of directly related automotive parts & service professional-level experience. Significant experience in both dealer operations management and dealer parts and service management positions with direct dealer contact preferred. Vendor management experience preferred.


Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a general business discipline. Consider equivalent related experience.


Computer Skills:
Demonstrated self-sufficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Experience in Tableau is a plus.


Travel:

Approximately 25% day and overnight travel
