Advisor Attraction Systems Product Manager

Mariner is currently seeking an experienced Advisor Attraction Systems Product Manager to drive the implementation and ongoing success of our Advisor Attraction - applicant tracking system (ATS), including integrations with other Advisor Attraction sourcing systems, and correlating lead/deal systems within the Advisor Attraction ecosystem, ensuring delivery of maximum value to the organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for refining and executing the ongoing product strategy for the ATS, focusing on optimizing the product’s performance, addressing evolving customer needs, and driving adoption across teams. By analyzing user feedback, market trends, and data insights, you will make strategic decisions that enhance the platform's value and align with business goals.
You will build and manage the product roadmap, prioritize enhancements, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of product updates. Your efforts will be key to maintaining the platform's relevance, scalability, and overall performance, addressing complex challenges, and finding innovative solutions to improve its functionality.
Success in this role will be measured by the platform's ongoing impact on operational efficiency, user satisfaction, and its contribution to the company's growth and strategic objectives. You will play a vital role in driving continuous improvement and ensuring the ATS platform delivers lasting value to the organization.
Initial focus is based on successful implementation and management of the ATS component of Advisor Attraction, with the opportunity to expand scope of responsibility across other systems/products being leveraged to drive to our Advisor Attraction goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and Manage Product Roadmap: Set the strategic direction and prioritize key initiatives for the ATS platform. Ensure timely execution and delivery of product features and enhancements aligned with business objectives.
- Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of the product roadmap and alignment on deliverables.
- Accountability for Deliverables: Oversee the delivery of product milestones and ensure internal and external partners meet their commitments. Ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and progressing toward shared goals.
- Monitor Product Performance: Track the performance of the ATS platform using data-driven insights and user feedback. Identify areas for improvement, and prioritize enhancements to drive platform growth and user satisfaction.
- Manage Product Lifecycle: Lead the continuous evolution of the ATS platform ensuring it meets both current and future needs.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on product progress, key achievements, and any challenges that may arise. Ensure transparency and keep everyone aligned on priorities and timelines.
- Optimize User Experience: Continuously evaluate the user experience of the ATS platform, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve usability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure Strategic Alignment: Ensure that all product initiatives align with broader company missions and goals.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to product development and delivery, and proactively mitigate them to ensure the product’s success.
Skills and Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.
Experience:
- 5+ years people and/or product management experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
- ATS Experience (preferred): Previous experience with ATS products, platforms, or technologies is highly preferred, though not mandatory if you have strong transferable skills in managing complex enterprise software products.
