As an Institutional Sales Support Administrator, you will support members of Capital Group’s Institutional Sales Team including Business Development Managers, Client Relationship Managers and Consultant Relationship Managers.
You will plan and coordinate internal and external facing meetings, manage information in our book of record (Salesforce or SFDC) and complete administrative activities on behalf of your sales team.
You will also engage in ad-hoc projects for the Institutional group such as on-site event coordination, web access management, and projects focused on current team initiatives.

You have 7 to 10 years of overall administrative OR executive assistant experience
You are an Outlook expert and have advanced Microsoft skills overall, as well as being able to learn new tools / technologies as needed.
High attention to detail and experience supporting multiple senior level individuals simultaneously with a sense of urgency that is consistent and dependable.
Extensive calendar management using good judgment and initiative to prioritize effectively; respond promptly to requests; communicate changes and updates to internal and external partners appropriately.
Coordinate meetings with internal associates and external contacts. Onsite - schedule meeting rooms, visitor passes, and equipment as required. Meet, greet and escort visitors, meeting attendees as needed. Offsite – coordinate logistics with organization contacts. Compile and distribute supporting documentation as necessary including placing print material orders.
Secure investment professionals or specialty resources for meetings and coordinate complex logistics with key partners.
·Manage information in our book of record (Salesforce or SFDC). This includes plan, contact, and organization records in addition to building reports and leveraging dashboards.
Provide team support and back-up coverage for peers.
San Antonio Base Salary Range: $55,902-$89,443
Los Angeles Base Salary Range: $73,502-$117,603
Indianapolis Base Salary Range: $59,541-$95,266
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
