About the role

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant for Customer Reference Data and Exits (CRDE) within the Financial Crimes and Regulatory Operations (FCRO) group. This role will be responsible for leading initiatives across CRDE with key stakeholders with specialization in platforms/solutions/requirements, risk and controls, or reporting/requirements.


In this role, you will:

  • Facilitate cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Consult on highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, participate in decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to strategize, consult, collaborate, influence, and manage projects involving leaders, executive management, partners, and internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to facilitate and lead meetings to reach conclusions, identify tasks, record actions, and achieve results
  • Ability to manage project portfolios
  • Experience with creating/providing reporting of portfolio of work to leadership
  • Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management
  • Ability to create clear and compelling presentations with exceptional strategic “storytelling” skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing on tasks, outstanding items, timelines, due dates
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple high priority, high complexity, and high-risk efforts simultaneously.
  • Experience building strong partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership and other business and functional areas

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, SharePoint, OneNote) skills
  • Ability to work with technical teams and business teams in evaluating, documenting, and articulating requirements.
  • Experience proactively identifying gaps and recommending strategic platforms, tooling, and automation solutions 
  • Experience building and administrating SharePoint Online sites, with SPO access management and SPO site owner experience
  • Experience building and administrating Confluence spaces
  • Familiarity with programs and processes used in Agile Methodology
  • Experience recommending solutions to address the root cause of identified issues
  • Advanced data analysis, insight generation and reporting skills.
  • Experience with creating/providing reporting to leadership
  • Gather, digest, and organize issue evidence for closure packages
  • Experience facilitating meetings with stakeholders from pre-vet to closure of issue
  • Experience partnering with Independent Risk Management and Internal Audit teams
  • Experience with compliance of corporate policies to include Self-Assurance Activities and Customer Remediation
  • Knowledge and understanding of Operational Risk Management (RCSA)
  • Experience determining the root cause of identified issues

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
