What You'll Do
Strive is seeking a Sr. Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to Strive's Market Operations Leadership team. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage complex calendars, coordinate high-level meetings, and serve as a trusted partner to senior executives. The ideal candidate will drive coordination and planning of quarterly board meetings, manage executive travel logistics, and support other regional team meetings and events. They are self-motivated with exceptional organizational skills and multi-tasking ability and should be an internal and external champion of Strive's culture and values.
Essential Functions
- Organize and manage complex calendars/schedules for Market Operations leadership across multiple time zones
- Manage all travel for Market Operations Leadership including bookings, accommodation, etc.
- Work closely with Strive’s accounting function on expense/invoice management
- Plan and organize quarterly board meetings and other ad-hoc company/regional meetings or events
- Partner with Strive’s Sr. Executive Assistants on executing various projects and deliverables
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 4+ years of executive assistant experience supporting senior-level leadership in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with professional demeanor
- Experience in travel booking systems and expense management software
