Role Overview:

As a Staff Accountant within the Creators Department, you will serve as a critical bridge between our creative talent and the business operations team. This role is responsible for the end-to-end financial lifecycle of creator partnerships—from initial invoicing to final payment distribution. You will leverage a specialized tech stack including Workday, Salesforce, and Monday.com to coordinate with our agent team in order to ensure accurate invoicing and client payment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Execute the full invoicing process in Workday, creating and reviewing invoices for creator revenue streams, brand deals, and talent commissions.

  • Manage accounts receivable by monitoring aging reports and resolving any billing discrepancies.

  • Utilize the Salesforce to Monday.com integration to track deal stages and trigger financial workflows.

  • Partner closely with business agents and talent managers to coordinate the collection of funds from third-party brands and subsequent payments to talent.

  • Facilitate "trust accounting" workflows, ensuring that talent is paid promptly once client funds are secured.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 2 Years Experience in Public or Private Accounting Recommended.

  • Professional Communication: Ability to communicate complex financial details clearly to non-finance stakeholders, specifically talent agents and creative partners.

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous accuracy in data mapping between platforms to ensure creators are paid the correct amounts based on tiered commission structures.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Please note that this position is a full time, 40 hour per week position that is overtime eligible.
