Title/Rank: Clinical Assistant Professor
Primary Location: OU Health Science Center - Oklahoma City, OK
Primary Responsibilities: This is primarily a clinical position with service and teaching responsibilities appropriate to the applicant’s experience and expertise.
- Clinical supervision of student interns in the Doctor of Audiology program
- Continuous direct patient care within the John W. Keys Speech and Hearing Center
- Instruction of didactic coursework to undergraduate and professional students
- Participation in the academic missions of the department, college, and university.
Qualifications
Required:
- Applicants must possess, or be eligible for, audiology licensure in Oklahoma.
- Applicants must hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) and have completed at least one year of successful work experience after earning the CCC-A.
- In addition, applicants must have completed at least two (2) hours of professional development in clinical instruction/supervision. Applicants should possess excellent communication, team building, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Preferences (Not Required)

Experience with pediatric diagnostics and treatment, proficiency with the major hearing aid manufacturers, and previous supervision experience.
