SALARY: $125,600-$141,300, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:  
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving financial performance through monthly, annual, and ad-hoc analysis, collaborating with key stakeholders across the business, and supporting the commercial team in connecting financial results with business performance.

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:

Monthly Cycle:

• Validate accounting data with BSC
• Analyze and review monthly P&L performance
• Conduct mix analysis and link financials to commercial activities
• Assist in preparation of monthly forecasts and performance reviews for leadership

Annual Cycle (1YP):

• Assist in 1YP analysis and support 10YP/3YP business cycle planning

Ad-Hoc Analysis:

• Support pricing initiatives and innovation P&L validation
• Assist in resource allocation and economic profit analysis

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or business-related field required.
• Three to four years of financial/analytical work experience, and preferably some FP&A related experience.
• Experience with MS Office Suite including advanced proficiency with Excel
• Preferable to have experience with Power BI
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience creating and delivering executive level presentations
• Ability to prioritize workload and deliverables to multiple stakeholders
