POSITION SUMMARY

Housepersons needed! We are looking for individuals who can work independently and help out the Housekeeping Team. If you like to work alone with minimal supervision and indoors, this job is a great fit for you!

HOTEL LAUNDRY ATTENDANT: Detailed job description, including responsibilities, work performed tools or equipment used, etc.:

• Clean dryer filters

• Sweep and mop laundry area

• Wash, dry, and fold terry and spa linen

• Check chemical levels and replace as needed

• Follow established health and safety procedures for using laundry chemicals

• Responsible for laundry checklist completed daily

• Attend team meetings, as required

• Compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements

• Other duties as assigned

HOTEL LOBBY ATTENDANT: Detailed job description, including responsibilities, work performed tools or equipment used, etc.:

• Maintain cleanliness of all common and public areas of the hotel

• Vacuuming and dusting of guest hallways

• Assist with inventory of supplies in closets and in storage

• Clean floors: vacuum, sweep, dust, mop

• Wash windows, walls, tables and dust furniture, fixtures and woodwork

• Empty trash receptacles, pick up litter in and around buildings, and replace light bulbs

• Delivery of items to guest rooms; respond to guest requests

• Follow established health and safety procedures for using cleaning chemicals

• Turndown service

• Compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements

• Other duties as assigned

HOUSEPERSON: Detailed job description, including responsibilities, work performed, tools or equipment used, etc.:

• Maintain cleanliness of hallways by removal of soiled linens and trash

• Train new houseperson on multiple housep
