Airgas is Hiring for a Branch Manager in Madisonville, KY!The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall operational and financial performance of the assigned Airgas branch location, ensuring exceptional customer service and the safe and efficient delivery of products and services.

Job Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of branch operations, including sales, customer service, inventory control, and logistics.
* Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, profitability goals, and operational efficiencies.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing branch team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying their needs and proactively offering solutions.
* Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and reconciliation, to minimize losses and ensure product availability.
* Manage branch budget, control expenses, and optimize resource allocation.
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
* Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to promote a safe working environment for all employees and customers.
* Collaborate with regional management and other departments to achieve company objectives.

Job Qualifications and Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
* Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in retail, industrial, or distribution management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
* Proven track record of achieving sales and operational goals.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated ability to manage a team, foster employee development, and resolve conflicts.
* Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Knowledge of industrial gases, welding equipment, and safety products is a plus.
* Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with branch operations.
* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
