Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
In these roles you will be responsible for:
•Answer incoming phone calls from healthcare providers regarding benefits and eligibility, billing and payments, authorizations for treatment, explanation of benefits, etc.
•Create written correspondence if issues were not resolved during the call
•Conduct provider outreach phone calls to collect missing information from medical providers.
•Route inquiries needing further investigation to the appropriate department and conduct routine case checks as needed.
•Complete all relevant documentation necessary to track provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends.
Job Requirements
•High school diploma or equivalent
•1+ year(s) of healthcare industry experience in a Provider (hospital/doctor's office)
•Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5PM Eastern Standard Time.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $20/hour. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance
