Responsible for evaluating and treating pediatric patients within the WashU Children's Eye Center.Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Evaluates and treats pediatric patients, including: refractive exams; contact lens fitting and dispensing; emergency exams; evaluation and management of medical diseases of the eye.
- Assists in Ophthalmologist's clinics alongside Orthoptist.
- Discusses and interprets findings with patients and suggests appropriate remedies.
- Adheres to established compliance guidelines to include those governing the appropriate coding of patient services and diagnoses.
- Adheres to established quality, safety, and hazardous material procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Ophthalmology.

$123,200.00 - $197,100.00 / AnnuallyThe salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University.
