You will play a pivotal role in a high-profile area of our Wireless business: Equipment Subsidy and consolidating results that include device offers. Familiarity with Defacto, Power Query, Ferias, and Smartview is a plus. This is a data-heavy finance role that provides support to the subsidy teams across Consumer, Business, and Prepaid. An organized, curious, forward-thinking individual with strong attention to detail will thrive in this role.

Strategically lead complex financial planning, analysis, and modeling through high-visibility projects, providing actionable insights and forecasting to drive informed decision-making and optimize organizational financial performance.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Strategic Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational goals. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to guide strategic decision-making. Provide recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis and projections. Analyze financial performance against key business metrics to document and assess progress.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Oversee the preparation and consolidation of the annual budget. Continuously monitor financial performance against the budget and provide forecasts. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights for decision-makers.
• Financial Reporting and Performance Analysis: Prepare detailed financial reports with variance analysis for senior management. Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Cost Management and Investment Analysis: Evaluate and manage costs to ensure optimal resource use. Assess potential investments and provide recommendations based on ROI and strategic fit.
• Other Duties as Assigned: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts. Implement process improvements and manage financial risks.

Job Contribution: An expert in their field, applying broad business knowledge and strategic insight surrounding emerging trends and technologies to solve complex problems and drive organizational results. Leads critical, high-impact projects and designs/implements innovative business strategies. Works with minimal oversight, frequently consulting senior leadership and influencing executive decisions. Serves as a mentor and assists others with challenging issues.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 7+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
