In this role, you will drive initiatives that elevate engineering excellence across the organization. You will develop products that automate code quality analysis and issue resolution, optimize application performance, and streamline release processes.</p> <p data-path-to-node="3">You will design and build tools that empower developers to move faster and more confidently while ensuring quality and scalability. This is an opportunity to shape the future of Agentic AI application development by creating intelligent systems and frameworks that enhance how engineers build, test, and ship applications.</p> <p data-path-to-node="4"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead efforts to define and enforce engineering standards, code quality, and best practices across engineering teams.</li> <li>Design and build tools and frameworks that improve developer workflows, testing, and release processes.</li> <li>Integrate Agentic AI capabilities to automate the resolution of code quality and performance issues.</li> <li>Create intelligent dashboards and analytics to provide visibility into code quality, test coverage, and engineering metrics.</li> <li>Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless developer experiences.</li> <li>Mentor engineers on full-stack development, system design, and scalable architecture patterns.</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement through automation, experimentation, and feedback loops.</li> <li>Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and technical excellence.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related fields, MS preferred.</li> <li>5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced software company</li> <li>Excellent programming skills in JavaScript
