<h2><b>Introduction Sentence</b></h2> <p>For Hamburg Headquarters we are recruiting full-time or part-time (min. 30 hrs/week) – limited for 2 years - a</p> <h2><b>Your new job includes</b></h2> <p>As Senior Category Experience Manager (m/f/d) Beauty, you will be responsible for developing a product group-specific assortment strategy. Your goal is to stage a spectacular product range and unforgettable experiences on the sales floor. To this end, you will develop and manage the category-specific assortment and promotion concepts.<br/> In particular, you will</p> <ul> <li>carry out customer and trend analyses to identify potential in existing and new categories at store and brand level</li> <li>plan and implement complex and cross-divisional projects in collaboration with stakeholders, e.g. as part of tenders/pitches</li> <li>ensure knowledge transfer across all sales divisions, locations and subsidiaries to enable a uniform category perspective </li> <li>monitor the results of category concepts and projects and build up extensive category expertise, including through exchanges with the industry and trend research</li> <li>implement Test &amp; Learn field trials for concepts and brands<br/>  </li> </ul> <h2><b>Preferred Profile</b></h2> <ul> <li>Business administration studies with a Master's degree / diploma or comparable qualification</li> <li>Several years of project or category management experience in retail</li> <li>High level of analytical thinking</li> <li>High level of coordination skills with regard to cross-divisional cooperation</li> <li>Sound knowledge of the beauty product group, or at least a keen interest in dealing with this area</li> <li>Confident handling of ERP systems</li> <li>Business fluent in English, ideally additional foreign language skills</li> </ul> <p><br/> If you do not tick all boxes, but still believe you are a match to this role, we are happy to get in touch.</p> <h2><b>Closure</b></h2> <p>Are you interested?
