About the role
The Sr Salesforce Administrator is responsible for configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of Aledade’s Salesforce platform and related systems. The administrator will work closely with a Salesforce team lead to identify, develop and deploy new business processes as prioritized by a Product Manager working with our core Business Operations teams (Growth, Launch, and Performance).
We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the U.S. or from our headquarters office in Bethesda, MD.

Primary Duties:
- Handle all administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
- Implement designs created by the Salesforce technical leads
- Perform regular system maintenance according to Salesforce best practices
- Maintain qualifications and credentials via Trailhead and other training methods
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related major, or equivalent working experience
- 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
- Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified or equivalent experience
- 3+ years experience working in an Agile development environment
Preferred knowledge, skills, and/or abilities:
- Experience collaborating with Salesforce end users and other business stakeholders; strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
- A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
- Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build formula fields, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required.
- Ability to work occasional weekend or after business hours for project deliverables/maintenance activities
