As a Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) for Orthopedics, you serve a vital role in being the communication link for the unit. Responsibilities will include greeting and assisting patients/families, guests, and providers as well as managing telephone communications, organizing and maintaining patient charts, and performing clerical and receptionist duties to support patient care. 

• Schedule
  • Full-time | 72 hours every two weeks 
  • 7 a.m.- 7:30 p.m. shifts
  • Every 3rd weekend and rotating holidays
• Pay and Benefits
  • Starting pay begins at $17.83 per hour and increases with experience
    • Pay range:  $16.59-$24.92
  • Earn extra pay for working evening/night/weekend shifts

• Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent experience/knowledge required.
  • One year experience with office procedures and equipment with computer experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
