- Provide leadership and training to staff
- Approve employee's time and perform evaluations
- Ensure the daily tasks of internal and external customers are completed
- Provide Reporting of office tasks to upper leadership
- Work directly with customers face to face.
- Leadership abilities working as an individual and as a team
- Customer Service professional with phone and walk-in services
- Basic accounting skills in collecting and processing money
- Program management and creating reports of office procedures

Minimum Requirements
EDUCATION:
Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree.
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR SKILLS:
Four years of professional administrative experience.
Substitute EDUCATION for EXPERIENCE:
A master's degree in public or business administration or a related field will substitute for one year of the required experience.
Substitute EXPERIENCE for EDUCATION:
Additional administrative, business or research experience will substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
