What you'll do

 

To support our customers through their SAP Adoption journey we are seeking Technical Experts for the Premium Hub CoE Applications Extensions in Dublin. Qualified candidates should possess the required technical competencies with committed professionalism, desire, and passion to support our biggest SAP customers. Premium Hub CoE Business Processes Consultant are experts who can perform highly specialized remote and onsite services for our Premium Engagement Customers.

 

Brings technical or application expert knowledge into the delivery and co-operates with the TQM/Focus TQM on technical or functional topics, delivers as team lead or member in specific LACE phases covering innovation identification and realization, solution planning or advisory related topics. Can support and advice project phases like Business Blueprinting, Integration Validation, Testing, Cut-Over-Planning, and hyper care. Can contribute to the definition of the innovation, transformation, and IT-strategy of a customer and identifies functional, technology and operational risks and execute necessary mitigation steps. Also, performs and leads overall analysis of the situation at key accounts, can optimize Business Processes, can contribute to the realization of prototypes using latest technologies. Can deliver integration topics like user integration, system integration and process integration and ensure data consistency, performance, and exception management. Implements specific best practice operations scenario and can utilize expert tools in delivery Fulfilling back-office functions. Delivers independently as team member functions within the virtual project room, understands the sequence of service and build a topic related service plan. Can position services and topics towards customers and performs deep technical analysis across technology stack or the E2E business process. Participates in Global CoE initiatives and contributes to internal service development projects and develops trainings, specifications, and documentation.

• Enhances customer project evaluation and risk mitigation of implementation projects
• Ability to act on Escalated customers to bring their businesses to normal operations
• Deliver projects as Technical Lead for customers, including support during requirement gathering phase, analysis of system landscape
• Ability to assist team members in the development and implementation of technical solutions
• Has good knowledge and understanding of SAP technologies and methodologies
• Has previous experience working in upgrades, implementation projects
• Builds credible relationships with peers and clients, and continuous professional learning of SAP products.
• Has the ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge effectively.
