Job Summary

We are looking for a General Manager to command a multifaceted operation that blends an elevated fine dining restaurant, catering, and an artisanal bakery. This is your opportunity to lead with presence, set the tone for excellence, and deliver experiences that guests will never forget.
As General Manager, you won’t just lead, you’ll encourage, elevate, and drive results. You’ll be the face of the dining room, the strategist behind the business, and the mentor who crafts a service-first culture. Every detail matters, and you’ll ensure each touchpoint, from the first greeting to the final farewell, reflects genuine old-school hospitality refined for today’s guest.
In this role, you will:
- Lead daily operations across fine dining, catering, and bakery outlets with confidence and grace
- Be a visible presence on the floor, setting the standard for polished, diligent hospitality
- Build, train, and energize a team to deliver seamless, luxury-level service
- Partner with culinary leaders to develop elevated menus and unforgettable experiences
- Drive financial performance with full ownership of budgets, P&L, and operational excellence
- Strengthen client relationships and deliver flawless, tailor-made catering experiences
- Anticipate guest needs, resolve challenges quickly, and ensure every detail is perfect
What you bring:
- 5+ years of senior leadership in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or multi-outlet operations
- Proven track record to lead high-volume restaurants and sophisticated operations with refinement
- Deep knowledge of wine, food pairings, and luxury service standards
- Strong business acumen with success in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and presence, poised under pressure, encouraging at all times
- Ability to excel in a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays
- A passion for elevated dining and old-school hospitality paired with a modern approach to service
