Thesis "digitalization of global training request process" - winter term 2024/2025 (w/m/d)

Tasks + Challenges

• The goal of the Bachelor Thesis is to standardize and digitalize our global training request process based on SAP Successfactors.
• You will be allocated in the department responsible for all IT based personnel processes. However, you will mainly be involved to collaborate in cross-functional teams, analyzing existing processes and proposing efficient digital solutions. 
• As a first step you will be analyzing the processes across different locations and identifying areas for improvement. Then you will work on a process design with all stakeholders, considering standardization, automation, user experience and scalability. As a last step you will collaborate with IT teams to draft a possible implementation of the chosen solution as a seamless integration in SAP Successfactors. 
   

Qualification + Profile

• We are looking for an independent personality with strong communication and analytical skills.
• As you will be mainly collaborating with cross-functional teams you should be an open person which likes 
• to work in teams.
• You have first skills in process mapping and documentation as well as project management concepts.
• Rephrase - Previous experience in HR-IT systems, such as SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors, would be advantageous but not mandatory.
• We are searching for all students which are studying business, business informatics, business administration, business information systems, consulting, computer science or any other informatic or business-based studies. 
• We require great English and if possible good German language skills.
