Job SummaryPeopleFun is seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Product Manager to join our growing casual games team. You will work closely with the Product Owner to help define the product strategy and roadmap of a new game by actively evaluating opportunity areas and prioritizing features based on player impact.
Additionally, you will collaborate with the production, design and engineering teams to write product specifications, drive features through launch and understand metrics to make data-driven decisions.

Job SummaryPeopleFun is seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Product Manager to join our growing casual games team. Responsibilties
- Own and drive product management on major initiatives and features in development through soft launch
- Collaborate with studio stakeholders to define, design, and manage key features that further user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization
- Design and balance game economies from the ground up to drive amazing player experiences, player retention, and monetization
- Work with Design to tune game features for the optimum balance of player satisfaction and economic performance
- Define taxonomy and perform game analytics to improve player experience and core financial performance
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Product Manager, including taking a game from pre-production, through soft launch, and into live development
- Demonstrated quantitative analysis skills with a demonstrated history of supporting data-informed decisions using Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools such as Tableau
- Familiarity with A/B Testing including test design, execution, analysis and developing actionable recommendations.
- Proven experience with a wide range of business models and monetization mechanics, including, but not limited to, free-to-play and subscriptions business models
- Ability to deconstruct competing feature sets and understand the market landscape
- Demonstrated experience making structured, hypothesis-driven product improvements
- Strong interest in gaming (casual mobile preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail and strong desire to iterate and improve on processes
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage time and priorities and work with minimal management
- Receptive to constructive feedback with strong critical thinking and communications skills
