The unit serves business partners worldwide. </p><p>The department has a global mandate to secure integrity and compliance of Statkraft`s Business Partner Masterdata with a strong focus on fraud prevention. </p><p>We are on a high expansion journey and look for a hands-on leader who is willing to work alongside their team to drive success and to safeguarding our organisation against fraudulent activities. Are you the one we are looking for? </p><p>In your role as a Team Lead Masterdata you will: </p><ul><li>Be responsible of the departments tasks and lead a Team of 5 employees </li><li>Be responsible to continuously identify, develop and implement controls, processes and procedures globally to proactively prevent fraudulent activities </li><li>Secure continuous improvement of Master Data processes worldwide </li><li>Be responsible of incorporating Master Data from M&A activities </li><li>Ensure Masterdata integrity worldwide </li><li>Be responsible of internal control and reporting tasks </li><li>Be a valued Business Partner for the department's stakeholders </li><li>Contribute to the daily operational tasks of the department </li></ul><p><strong>About you: </strong></p><p>You are a hands-on leader who is willing to work together with his team to drive success. You have excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities. Driving forward multiple tasks simultaneously is no problem due to your organized and structured way of working. You are a quick learner and easily adapt to new ways of working. You motivate and inspire others and have a big dose of positive attitude and energy. </p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>The ideal candidate has the following qualifications: </p><ul><li>Proven leadership experience </li><li>A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required </li><li>Strong interest for fraud prevention </li><li>Genuine interest in automation and digitalization, paired with a basic understanding of IT systems </li><li>Fluency in both written and spoken English is required, fluency in Norwegian is an advantage </li><li>Experience in managing global Master Data objects, specifically those associated with counterparties such as vendors and customers is an advantage </li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>What we offer </p><p>A career with Statkraft is a career filled with purpose – meaning that every employee is not just making a living, they are making a real difference to the planet, our communities, and the future. </p><p>With us, you’ll shape a career that is truly forward-facing with many amazing opportunities and offerings to match.
