Bulldog Restaurants, LLC - a Burger King Franchisee, is seeking a skilled and dependable Restaurant Maintenance Technician to maintain the equipment, systems, and facilities across our Burger King locations. This role is critical to keeping our restaurants running safely, efficiently, and without interruption - and the right person will take real pride and ownership in that.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and repair core kitchen equipment including broilers, fryers, refrigeration, and ice machines
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and minor plumbing issues
• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance routines
• Maintain service logs and coordinate with vendors for major repairs
• Uphold interior and exterior facilities including lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and dining areas
• Support inspection readiness for health, safety, and brand standards
• Communicate clearly with General Managers on equipment status and priorities

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience; restaurant or commercial setting preferred
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and mechanical troubleshooting
• QSR experience a plus; HVAC, refrigeration, or EPA certification preferred
• Strong sense of urgency and accountability - you understand that downtime affects everyone
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly with non-technical teams
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and available for early morning or off-hours maintenance as needed
