As the Lead of the Financial Lines, Prime, and CABT Portfolio Management team within IPZ SC Spain, your primary responsibilities will include:

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Lead a team of 5-6 employees in the Financial Lines, Property Prime, and CABT implementation team. Develop the team, train new joiners, and maintain backup and succession planning in place.
• Become an expert in portfolio account management of key and big accounts.
• Maintain and update team guidelines reflecting any wording changes and implement those changes within the team.
• Maintain fluent communication with main stakeholders in the central UW teams for FL, Property, and CABT to ensure expected service is met and their needs are fulfilled.
• Support IPZ Transformation projects such as Wording Digitalization and Product roll-out in Neo.
• Deliver optimal service to Customers in Financial Lines, Prime, and CABT by adhering to guidelines and continuously improving processes to meet SLAs.
• Follow up on escalations to ensure excellent delivery within the network and create a learning organization that shares best practices.
• Follow up on data quality in global systems and deliver on cleanup actions stated in Quality Assurance Reports.
• Maintain good relationships with the IPZ network to improve operations and s
