The Director, Strategic Accounts for Mammotome will be an integral part of the Mammotome commercial leadership team and shape the future of Mammotome’s growth in strategic accounts. Additionally, this role is responsible for leading a team of four strategic account professionals, while collaborating cross-functionally with commercial and business unit leadership to leverage the Mammotome portfolio to gain share of wallet within targeted National and IDN accounts.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead a team to achieve annual sales goals and gain share of wallet through proactively identifying, establishing and maintaining strong working relationships, with key decision makers in assigned Strategic Accounts, free-standing imaging centers (FSIC’s), IDNs, and GPOs.
  • Partner with sales, commercial leadership, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to create, align, and execute short, mid, and long-term large account plans and contract implementation to maximize sales within Strategic Accounts, IDNs, and GPOs.
  • Prepare and review financial models in partnership with Finance and Product Marketing to recommend and establish appropriate pricing to meet customer needs while balancing Company guidelines.
  • Understand customer needs and deliver customized solutions to cultivate and maintain executive-level relationships within key accounts to influence long-term partnerships and strategic alignment.
  • Leverage data analytics and CRM insights to identify growth opportunities, track account performance, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Monitor industry trends, customer news, competitive activity, and healthcare policy changes to proactively adjust account strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • BA/BS degree required; MBA or advanced degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales, business development, or strategic account management.
  • At least 5 years of successful sales leadership experience, including direct management of teams, engagement with C-suite stakeholders across IDNs, GPSs, and FSICs.
  • Minimum of 6 years in the medical device industry, with experience in both capital equipment and disposable products.
  • Demonstrated experience using data analytics, CRM tools, and financial modeling to drive decision-making and account performance.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to assess market dynamics, competitive threats, and customer needs to inform strategy.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Position requires car and air travel on a routine basis.
  • Overnight travel required up to 60% of the time for coordinated field travel with customers, commercial leadership, Regional Sales Managers, and Sales Representatives
