<h3>Job Description</h3><p>ABOUT THIS JOB </p><p>It is a client-facing role within a Customer Service team which will offer a lot of exposure, potential growth and will provide opportunities to learn from senior NielsenIQ leaders. In this role, you will provide direct support to NielsenIQs clients by resolving their queries via a modern client service platform. </p><p> </p><p>RESPONSIBILITIES </p><ul><li>Provide Customers with outstanding service and support day-to-day questions </li><li>Play a connector and enabler role to ensure resolution of received queries </li><li>Extracting data from internal databases and embedding the data in client ready format </li><li>Cooperate and communicate with various local and regional teams (i.e. Operations, Commercial, Product Leadership) to complete assigned tasks </li><li>Plan and execute regular personal workload and meet aligned timeline </li><li>Communicating with both local and global teams to complete their tasks </li></ul><p> <br/> A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU </p><p>This position is perfect for you if you are client-oriented, have strong communication skills and listening capabilities to ensure the satisfaction of client expectations and needs. You have an “end to end” knowledge regarding the production processes of our data products and a strong interest in building a career in a data-driven environment.
