About the role

Description

The Customer Care Relationship Specialist is responsible for providing a uniquely positive Customer Experience for our Dealer Partners. This is accomplished through our C.A.R.E. Values and by: accurately and efficiently entering Dealer Partner orders into our order processing system, checking those entries for accuracy, and alerting the Account Manager and/or Account Coordinator if information for entry is not complete or clear..

  • Support the CARE values of the organization.
  • Commit to producing a quality product for our customers.
  • Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information.
  • Coordinates with Partner Dealer Response Specialists to compile and prioritize customer orders for entry.
  • Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies and resolves deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the Partner Dealer Response Specialist for resolution.
  • Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format.
  • Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
  • Review customer accounts for duplication and update them accordingly.
  • Secures information by completing database backups.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Drafting CAD drawings for Customer Sign Off
  • Focus on processing Customer Drawings through the order entry CAD Tool
  • 2nd Checking Engineered/Pre-engineered Drawings
  • Speaking with Customers regarding submitted/pending CAD Drawings
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • CAD/Drafting Experience (Casework/Cabinet Experience Preferred But Not Required)
  • Valid state-issued motor vehicle license
  • Detail Oriented and Organized
  • Ability to effectively prioritize entry based on customer need
  • Experience in general computer applications
  • Excellent Verbal & Written Communications Skills

 

Maintenance Technician- 2nd Shift

Simpsonville, SC

Description

The Maintenance Technician position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the company goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Support the CARE values of the organization.
  • Commit to producing a quality product for our customers.
  • Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
  • Perform mechanic skills including but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic. Perform typical maintenance tasks to support the maintenance department and the facility.
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
  • Must be able to read and interpret drawings, sketches, instructions and engineered drawings.
  • Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
  • Must be able to follow established methods and procedures and be comfortable working in a team environment.
  • Will be required to perform non-maintenance duties as requested, directed or assigned.
  • Must at all time follow proper lockout/tagout procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to read blueprints and schematics.
  • Have a safety mindset.
  • Must be able to complete tasks as directed with minimal supervision.
  • Must be available to be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • Forklift trained and certified (Preferred)
  • Welding and metal fabrication (Preferred)
  • Industrial machine controls (preferred)

Working Relationship

Communication is required across all levels of the organization executive team, other functional leaders, subordinates, and production floor workers. The Sander works under the immediate supervision of the Department Supervisor.

PPE

Safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety shoes at all times while in the production floor.
