As the Executive Assistant to the Legal, Corporate Communications, and Government Affairs departments at Lucid Motors, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's legal, communications, and government affairs efforts. You will provide high-level administrative assistance, ensuring seamless coordination, communication, and execution of various tasks and projects. As the Executive Assistant to the Legal, Corporate Communications, and Government Affairs departments at Lucid Motors, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's legal, communications, and government affairs efforts. You will provide high-level administrative assistance, ensuring seamless coordination, communication, and execution of various tasks and projects. You Will:
- Act as a primary point of contact and provide professional and timely assistance to the Legal, Corporate Communications, and Government Affairs departments.
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Coordinate and assist in the preparation of communications and briefing documents (both internal- and external-facing).
- Conduct research and provide support in gathering information, preparing reports, and analyzing data.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of internal and external meetings, including the preparation of agendas and taking minutes, when needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including government officials, industry associations, and legal counsel.
- Support the development and implementation of corporate communication strategies, including media relations, public affairs, and crisis communications.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and relevant legal and communication developments.
- Undertake other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, Legal Studies, or a related field. Or proven experience (minimum 5 years) as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness to independently resolve issues.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- A passion for sustainable mobility and an interest in the electric vehicle industry.
- Knowledge of corporate communications and public affairs practices is a plus.
