Why this role matters:

The Product Manager for Partner Integrations will play a key role in driving the strategic development and management of integrations with key partners, focusing on major platforms such as Amazon, Google, and Microsoft Marketplaces. The ideal candidate will bring a strong product management background, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of partner ecosystems, experience building solutions and API integrations.

Where you will work:

Fully Remote Worker – You will be home based in the USA as opposed to a designated Vonage Office and you will work 100% of the time from home. MUST be on Eastern or Central Time.

What you will do:

• Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive partner solution strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Identify and prioritize key partner integrations based on market trends, business goals, and customer needs.
• Product Development:
• Define and write detailed product requirements for partner integrations, considering functionality, user experience, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of integrations.
• Marketplace Expertise:
• Maintain a deep understanding of Amazon, Google, and Microsoft Marketplace ecosystems.
• Monitor changes and updates in partner platforms to anticipate integration challenges and opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with business development, marketing, and sales teams to understand partner and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal user experience.
• API Knowledge:
• Leverage expertise in APIs to design scalable and efficient integrations.
• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve API-related issues.
• Performance Analysis:
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success and impact of partner integrations.
• Iterate and optimize integrations based on performance data and user feedback.

What you will bring:

Required

• 5+ years of proven experience in product management with a focus on partner integrations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of Amazon, Google, and Microsoft Marketplace integrations.
• Familiarity with API technologies and the ability to work closely with technical teams.

Desirable

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and achieve business objectives.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
