UTILITY-SLICE

General Summary of Duties:    Responsible for overall cleaning and stocking of Slice Pizzeria location.

Typical Physical/Mental Demands: Requires prolonged standing; requires bending and reaching from floor level to six (6) feet; ability to lift and maneuver up to fifty (50) pounds; ability to push and pull one hundred (100) pounds; requires normal sense of touch; ability to see; requires eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity; requires the ability to distinguish letters, figures, or symbols; understands and complies with policies and procedures, job description, and other instructions.

Typical Working Conditions: Ability to tolerate varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination and air quality, including food smells.

Example of Duties (includes but is not limited to the following):         

1. Understand and adhere to Grand Victoria Casino and Food and Beverage standards, policies and procedures.
2. Obtain a basic understanding of the Internal Control System (ICS) and Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS).
3. Ability to comply with and maintain Grand Victoria Casino’s Family Style Service Standards.
4. Set up, stock and maintain all work areas in Indulge Dining Room.
5. Maintain overall cleanliness of Slice Kitchen and Dining Room and food court, including but not limited to removal of dirty dishes from bus stations, cleaning floors and equipment.
6. Remove trash and place it in designated containers, as needed.
7. Communicate with, and assist all Team Members as needed.
8. Perform all other tasks that may be assigned in the future.

Performance Requirements (knowledge, skills and abilities):  Ability to maintain an effective working relationship with management, IGB and co-workers; team oriented; enjoys working with and assisting people; possess good listening and communication skills, ability to understand questions and instructions from supervisors and guests; ability to work any shift.

Qualifications:   Prior utility experience desired.

Certificate/License:  Level 3 Occupational Illinois Gaming Board License

Salary Range: $15 - 16.25 (Depending on Experience)
