Summary

The Russ Darrow Group is looking for energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our growing team. If you’re driven to succeed and enjoy helping people, we want to meet you!

You’ll receive hands-on training and support from our experienced Management Team to guide customers through every step of the car-buying process — from test drive to delivery — while providing an exceptional experience.

Starting at $20 per hour — no experience necessary! Earn while you learn!

Bilingual in Spanish strongly encouraged. We proudly serve a diverse customer base and value team members who can connect with our Spanish-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

 


Greet customers and identify the type of vehicle that meets their needs
Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation on test drives
Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
Present sales pricing, explain financing options and complete paperwork
Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business
Prospect for new customers

QualificationsRequirements

Sales experience in any industry is welcome - Excellent training is provided!
An energetic and outgoing 'people person' that's motivated to succeed
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance
Bilingual in Spanish strongly encouraged
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Must pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
