Senior Manager – Compliance, Strategy and Transaction /ESG (Part-Time/Full-time)

Join our Compliance, Strategy and Transaction Services department as our new Manager and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.</p><p><strong>Your new role</strong></p><p>As our new Manager, you will be responsible for Compliance, Strategy and Transaction (CST) /ESG services provided by Ramboll Environ Poland mainly to international clients.</p><p>In this position you will travel frequently within Poland and internationally as part of our support to our clients and the execution of our projects with them and our other stakeholders.</p><p>Your key responsibilities will be:</p><ul><li>Conducting and performing ESG audits and EHS compliance audits against Polish and EU regulatory requirements as well as against international standards (IFC, Equator Principles), recognized industrial best management practices and specific client corporate standards.</li><li>Collaborating in an international corporate environment, networking, supporting with the marketing of services, responding to tenders and requests for proposals, business development and job acquisition.</li><li>Cooperating closely with other teams and offices within Ramboll Group.</li><li>Achieving business targets of the CST/ESG line. </li></ul><p><strong>About you</strong><br/> From the moment you start at Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you can continue to grow with the company.
