Join our Compliance, Strategy and Transaction Services department as our new Manager and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.</p><p><strong>Your new role</strong></p><p>As our new Manager, you will be responsible for Compliance, Strategy and Transaction (CST) /ESG services provided by Ramboll Environ Poland mainly to international clients.</p><p>In this position you will travel frequently within Poland and internationally as part of our support to our clients and the execution of our projects with them and our other stakeholders.</p><p>Your key responsibilities will be:</p><ul><li>Conducting and performing ESG audits and EHS compliance audits against Polish and EU regulatory requirements as well as against international standards (IFC, Equator Principles), recognized industrial best management practices and specific client corporate standards.</li><li>Collaborating in an international corporate environment, networking, supporting with the marketing of services, responding to tenders and requests for proposals, business development and job acquisition.</li><li>Cooperating closely with other teams and offices within Ramboll Group.</li><li>Achieving business targets of the CST/ESG line. </li></ul><p><strong>About you</strong><br/> From the moment you start at Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you can continue to grow with the company. Whilst we look forward to supporting your continued learning and development, for this role we have identified some skills and capabilities that will set you up for success.<br/>  <br/> These include:</p><ul><li>BSc (or higher) in Environmental Sciences </li><li>Ideally postgraduate studies in Health and Safety</li><li>Experience in implementing Polish and EU environmental and health &amp; safety regulations, and knowledge of best practice in various industries.</li><li> 7+ years of relevant professional experience with 4+ years in the CST/ESG/CSR field.</li><li>Proactivity and self-motivation, independence in organizing and executing appointed tasks.</li><li>Advanced project management and communication skills to support a team.</li><li>Drive for self-development in form of industry knowledge, qualifications, etc.  </li><li>Fluent professional English skills (spoken and written).</li></ul><p>The following will be an asset:</p><ul><li>Experience with M&amp;A Due Diligence (environment, health &amp; safety, hygiene, social).</li><li>Experience with EH&amp;S management systems.</li><li>Driving license category B</li></ul><p> <strong>What we can offer you:</strong></p><ul><li>A permanent work contract after the successfully completed three-months trial period.</li><li>Friendly work environment in an international, foundation owned company.</li><li>Hybrid work system.</li><li>Non-financial benefits (e.g., Lux-med medical coverage).</li><li>Basic tools (personal laptop, mobile phone, company car for work-related travelling, company bank account card).</li><li>Annual salary increases.</li></ul><p> <br/> <strong>Work at the heart of sustainable change</strong></p><p>Ramboll is a global architecture, engineering, and consultancy company.
