Responsibilities

JOB DUTIES:                  WORK WITH THE COMPANY’S ANALYTICS AND SMARTS TEAMS TO DESIGN AND BUILD FEATURES THAT PERSONALIZE AND ACCELERATE TEAMWORK IN CONFLUENCE BY ANTICIPATING USER NEEDS. DRIVE PRODUCT DESIGN THINKING AND LEADING DESIGN WORK FOR SMARTS ACROSS KEY CONFLUENCE EXPERIENCES. PARTNER WITH PRODUCT MANAGERS, ENGINEERING, AND OTHER CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PARTNERS TO DEFINE PRODUCT STRATEGY AND CHAMPION SMART USER EXPERIENCES ACROSS THE KEY CONFLUENCE JOURNEYS. FACILITATE CROSS-TEAM COLLABORATION, WORK WITH PRODUCT TEAMS AND STAKEHOLDERS ACROSS ATLASSIAN. COLLABORATE WITH BOTH THE ANALYTICS AND SMART PLATFORM TEAMS, ESTABLISH PRINCIPLES AND CHAMPION THE NEXT PHASE OF INNOVATION. PLAN AND CONDUCT EXPLORATORY USER RESEARCH AND EFFECTIVE USABILITY TESTS, AS WELL AS INFLUENCE AND SHAPE THE WAY THE COMPANY’S CONFLUENCE DESIGN TEAM WORKS AND HOW THE COMPANY BALANCES SHIPPING WITH HIGH-QUALITY EXPERIENCES.

Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION:                   BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN COMPUTER SCIENCE, COMPUTER ENGINEERING, DIGITAL ARTS, OR RELATED FIELD.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:                  5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITH PRODUCT OR UX DESIGN, USING SOFTWARE OR COMPLEX WEB-BASED APPLICATIONS, SUCH AS FIGMA, ADOBE PHOTOSHOP, ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR, SKETCH, PRINCIPLE AND BALSAMIQ.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:                MUST PASS TECHNICAL INTERVIEW.

OFFERED WAGE:                 $193,190 TO $213,700  PER YEAR

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
