Complex case agent

<p>Multiasistencia, part of the Home business line of the Allianz Partners Group and world leader in claims management, is looking to add a Complex Case Agent to its team. Your <b>main mission</b> in this position will be to provide comprehensive, personalised and centralised follow-up of claims entrusted to Multiasistencia of between 6,000 and 50,000 euros.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>Main functions of the position</b></p> <p> </p> <p>Receiving calls.</p> <ul> <li>Monitoring the progress of interventions.</li> <li>Studying quotes.</li> <li>Liaising with the COMPANY.</li> <li>Dealing with customers to process quotes.</li> <li>Liaising with the EXPERT.</li> <li>Liaising with service providers.</li> <li>Closing the file.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>Essential requirements.</b></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 1 year's experience in Miltiasistencia.</li> <li>Languages: High level or bilingual French, advanced Spanish.</li> <li>Excellence in customer service skills: active listening, empathy, negotiation.</li> <li>Analytical skills focused on problem solving.</li> <li>Goal and results orientation.</li> <li>Teamwork.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>What we offer.</b></p> <p> </p> <p>Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.</p> <p>Our employees play a fundamental role in our success as a company.
